Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Proceed.

The 2-Year Employment Residency is not a Golden Visa. It is an employment-sponsored residency valid for 2 years and renewable. The 10-Year Golden Visa is a separate product with different eligibility, scope, and pricing. Both are legally valid UAE residency pathways.
Your residency is issued through authorised employer sponsorship. You are not expected to work for the sponsoring entity, nor does this service provide a salary or active job role. Once your residency is active, you are free to freelance, trade, run your own business, or open bank accounts in the UAE.
The 60-day visit visa is a hard programme condition. If you do not enter the UAE within those 60 days — for any reason, including emergencies — the visit visa expires and the process cannot be completed. The full fee of BDT 7,50,000 remains payable. We strongly advise confirming travel availability before making any payment.
The 2-Year Employment Residency process takes up to 90 working days from confirmed onboarding, subject to document readiness, UAE government timelines, and the client's completion of UAE entry and medical steps. Timelines vary by case.
Family sponsorship is natively supported in the 10-Year Golden Visa pathway, with fixed pricing for 2, 3, or 4 applicants. For the 2-Year Employment Residency, family sponsorship is an add-on and must be arranged separately. Contact us to understand what applies to your situation.
With a valid UAE residency, you may open a business bank account in Dubai, operate as a freelancer, set up a business, conduct trading activities, or work as an employee — any lawful activity. You must enter the UAE at least once every 6 months to keep your residency active.
No responsible residency service guarantees approval. Final issuance depends on UAE government rules, medical fitness results, background clearances, and immigration authority discretion. We give your application the strongest possible foundation — but we will not make promises that are not ours to make.
